BILLETS is the Dioscouri Support Ticket component. We built BILLETS for our internal use here on Dioscouri and as a result it has undergone the intense pressures of supporting our JUGA users (now 11,000+ strong!). So many of you requested it, though, that we had to prepare it for release to the public!

You can see BILLETS in action by simply using our Support Center! It's simple, intuitive, powerful and clean. We'll still be putting up a manual in the next few days, but it's so simple, we venture to say you may not even need one!
We have some ideas for what BILLETS could become as we further develop it, but we would nevertheless love feedback from you! If you have any specific feature requests or suggestions, please be in touch!
Finally, if you find bugs, please let us know about them as we are constantly
working on improving BILLETS for the next release.

An Intuitive Dashboard
BILLETS uses the intuitive Dioscouri Dashboard. From here you have quick access to all of the major BILLETS functions, as well as one-click access to help in the Dioscouri Support Center and Forums.

Immediate Feedback
In order for a user to close a ticket, they must rate your service, so you will receive constant feedback from your users.

Clean, Accessible
BILLETS uses our standard left-column design, allowing for quick access to each of BILLETS' sections, regardless of where you are within it.

Modular
BILLETS also uses our standard Add-on architecture which allows for customized modules to display information in your left-column.
By default, BILLETS comes with three modules displaying information on 1) Open Tickets, 2) Tickets Marked for Follow-up, and 3) Feedback Statistics.

Multi-Lingual
BILLETS, thanks to our Add-on architecture, supports multiple language files.
By default, the English language file is installed. You can copy/paste it into a new language file to create definitions in your own native tongue.
We will happily host language files for download here on Dioscouri, so as you create them, share your language files with the community.
