Thanks to all of you who have volunteered! Video tutorials and language files are coming in quickly! We should have tutorials for many major integrations posted within the next two weeks! The same goes for a repository of language files!

We currently have video tutorials for:

We highly recommend you take the time to watch them — they’ll probably answer a lot of your questions!
And thanks again to all of you who have offered help! We really appreciate it!

This is a big, general THANK YOU to all of you who are sending in Feature Requests and BUG reports for JUGA, BILLETS, and MANGA. We can’t tell you how important it is to hear from you. Actually, we probably can: the more we hear from you, the better we know what you want.
Keep them coming in!
Also, we’ve had a few offers for translations of our component language files. THANK YOU for that as well! About 70% of our users are from non-english-speaking countries, so we greatly appreciate your offers! Once we’ve tested the files, we’ll be posting them here for download. We’ll also provide a list of our most requested languages, so if you speak one of them, please be in touch!
Thanks!

Thanks to the diligence of one our users, we’ve been alerted to a bug in JUGA that needed to be immediately addressed. The bug enabled users with knowledge of the exploit to circumvent JUGA’s restrictions.
We’ve SQUASHED the BUG and uploaded the updated files. If you are using JUGA you should upgrade to the new version immediately. Upgrading instructions follow the same procedure as is posted in http://www.dioscouri.com/juga/upgrading/
ALSO: After running the upgrades, please remember to run the new Tool patch called "Update Variables" in JUGA>>Tools
Thanks again to our more diligent users for reporting the BUG!

Whew. We finally released the new JUGA and BILLETS. We’re very happy about that.
BUT, that doesn’t mean we’re resting on our laurels. In fact, we’re busier than ever. Here’s a (brief?) list of what we’re working on for the immediate future (i.e. this summer) and in order of priority:
- Updating the JUGA manual, howto, and changelog pages
- Hiring more developers!!! (want to join us??)
- Finishing our next powerhouse component, AMBRA, and releasing it for you by mid-June / early-July (want to know what it does??)

- Moving our own site to Joomla! 1.5
- In fact, we want to go off on a brief tangent for a second. We love Joomla! 1.0.x. It’s great. And, we love Joomla! 1.5.x even more. The only problem is: migrating from one to the other is *still* a big pain. On our development site, we’ve tried *multiple times* to move Dioscouri to J!1.5 using the various available tools, and none of them work that well. Each time, one thing or the other (and another) gets lost, messed up, ground to a pulp, etc. And we’re pretty good at this stuff! It shouldn’t be that hard. We’ll see what we can do in terms of creating a better migration tool — besides, helping the community with the migration is one of our goals, no?
- Releasing MANGA’s upgrade by mid-June / early-July
- Publicizing a schedule of releases for all our components
- and unveiling (in September, we hope) our largest project yet for the Joomla! Community… we’re really excited about this one…
Of course, if you can think of other high-priority things that we’re forgetting about, please be in touch!
Ok. Back to work.
