It’s been a few days since one of us made a post, so we thought we’d give you an update on when to expect our next upgrades and releases.  Here’s a summary along with new features (in the case of upgrades) and some tentative dates:

Upgrades

MANGA

• New Features
  • CSV exports of data gathered by reports
  • More graph types (bar, pie, and line) than available in free version (pie only)
• Tentative Release: Late June

BILLETS

• New Features
  • File Uploads with tickets
  • Database-driven Sections for your tickets (in our case, a section would be JUGA, MANGA, or BILLETS)
  • Database-driven Categories for your tickets (in our case, categories would be General Support, Integration, etc. for *each* section above)
  • Assign Managers to Ticket Sections & Categories
    • Assign email notifcation preferences for each manager
  • Allow Admins to change ticket status
  • "Canned" text for responding to tickets with frequently-used responses
  • Front-end interface for displaying Support Ticket ratings history
• Tentative Release: Late July

SCRIBA

• Description:
  • A Joomla Private Messaging System for your front-end *and* your admin-side that operates on *conversations* (like gmail) rather than single messages (like traditional emails and most Joomla! PMS’s)
• Features
  • Font-end *and* Admin-side interfaces allowing communication between your users AND your managers
  • Fast and Lean
• Cost: Free!
• Tentative Release: Late June
