editing to look like a form. 3 Months ago Karma: 0
is there a way to edit it to make it look like a form?
For example instead of allowing people to make posts. I want them to be restricted in what they enter. For example say i had 10 items.
Line 1: (text box)
Line 2: (text box)
Line 3: (text box)
Line 4: (text box)
etc.

If you want an example it could be
First name: (text box)
Last name: (text box)
Middle name: (text box)
City: (text box)
etc.

I am trying to edit the content submit to be able to do this but before I really get into it I wanted to ask if this is even possible? What I want it to do is only allow people to answer those questions on the lines, then save it. Not have a free form to just put in text.

Then when it saves it will save as:
First name: George
Last name: Bush
Middle: W
City: Washington
etc

For the moment I have stripped down content submit to just the content submit form only. I removed the editor so it is only this:

The first is what it looks like now, and the second is what I want it to look like. Thank you!

and this is what I would like it to look like.

I had to crop it because there is a limit on the size, but the cancel button will still be there!
