I think it can be nice to include a feature permitting to see how many tickets users post... This just for see if some user abuse of support... In fact some user can use ticket system in normal way and some other will ask anything everytime...

A simple display (like this forum) where we can see how many ticket a specific user have post can be enough...

I have try to test your demo but it appear after admin login we can not see anything more then dashboard...all features appear blocked...anyway....good job..

Also we need to produce an export file of tickets so we can give our clients months end feed back
