Yes, I am a newbie to Joomla [blush].

I tried to find a basic description of how to use the ContentSubmit plugin - and I failed.
I simply can't find any trace of the plugin in the system - except the install succesful message after installing and the presence of the plugin in the component list.

I am using Joomla 1.5.2.

Could you point me to a document explaining the usage of the component? Or explain it here? The only hint I found was:

"In the Joomla! 1.5 Core submission form, you enable all your publishers to publish to all your sections/categories. With CONTENT SUBMIT, you dictate which sections/categories your users can publish to."

Hello!

To use it, all you have to do is create a Menu Item for it in your Menu Manager. It's that simple!

This component only allow to publish articles from a specified "section" or "category".

This would be awesome, if we could select the section "and" the category, where we want to create the article. (Just like MyContent does).

There is a way to do this with the Content Submit component?

If you use the "bycategory" layout option in CONTENT SUBMIT, you are choosing both the Section *and* the Category into which the article will be submitted since every one of your categories is within a section.

CONTENT SUBMIT does *not* require JUGA to work.

Let me explain better my point about the Content Submit Component for J1.5.

In my case, I want to create a option (in the User Menu) to submit articles from the frontend.

Like MyContent component does, I would want to be able to select A SECTION (from the extended list of section in my site), and later, select A CATEGORY from the selected SECTION.

The only way I've founded to use this component at the moment, is by create a User Menu Option FOR EACH SECTION.

I've configured the component in diferent ways, but I can't to do what I want.

Is there a way to configure this component, and use "only one User Menu option" to submit an article to a specific "selected" SECTION and especific "selected" CATEGORY???
