What are you buying and why?

Our components are *not* encrypted. We believe you should have the right to customize the software you buy to your needs. So if our source code is open, what are we selling? SUPPORT.

Through our Support Center we offer our Charter Members top-notch Customer Support for installation and Configuration issues. No question is too small, and no ticket is left unanswered. We have an internal policy of trying to make a first response to all of our tickets within three business hours, and we try very hard to meet that goal.

If you were brought to Dioscouri Design through extensions.joomla.org, then you've probably already heard some of the feedback on our support. We wouldn't go so far as to say it's fanatical, but it's great nevertheless.

Pricing

Each of our components subscriptions will follow the same basic pricing structure (having a 6-month subscription and a 12-month subscription), though depending on the component's feature-set, the price may vary between components.

If your subscription for a particular component is still active, you may download the newest available version immediately. While you may continue using the component without restriction after your support subscription expires, you will not have access to our support or upgrades.
