There are certain components on your site that you will want everyone to have access to, such as com_login and com_frontpage, or perhaps even com_fireboard or com_remository. 

There are many ways to grant access to a component to everyone (i.e. make it "Public Access"), but the best way is to simply hide it from JUGA!  Do this by following these directions:

1. Go to JUGA>>Variables and filter by the component's option ("com_whatever") in the drop-down box. 
2. Delete all the JUGA>>Variables entries for the component.
3. Go to JUGA>>Site Items and filter by the component's option ("com_whatever") in the drop-down box. 
4. Delete all the JUGA>>Site Item entries for the component.
