Access Codes are linked to one of your JUGA Groups, and automatically add a user to that particular JUGA Group when submitted through the JUGA Front-end Component.

Users will need to submit the "Title" of your Access Code into the JUGA Front-end Component, so something like 'JUGA930AM' makes a good Access Code Title.  Use the 'description' field to make a human-readable description of the Access Code for your use. 

To prevent JUGA->Access Code misuse, you can limit the number of times a code may be used, as well as indicate valid times for its use.

You must activate the JUGA Front-end Component to put your Access Codes to use!  To do so, create a new Menu Item and link it to the JUGA Component--it's as simple as that!
