To uninstall JUGA, just follow these instructions.

1. UNPUBLISH the JUGA System Plugin/Mambot
2. If you are using the juga-enabled admin template (only for Joomla 1.0.x) then DE-ACTIVATE it.
3. Uninstall the JUGA plugins, then modules, then template (J!1.0), then component via the core Joomla installer.

This will leave the juga database tables in your database, though, to allow for upgrading while preserving your Site Items.  If you also want to remove these tables, login to your database via phpMyAdmin (or whatever you use) and drop all the tables beginning with __juga__
