In JUGA>>Variables, you will tell JUGA which variables it is going to be restricting for each component. For example, take a look at the URL below:
![]()
The JUGA>>Variables entries in this URL for the option "com_billets" would be "section, "task", and "ticketid". Create an entry for each variable so JUGA knows what to look for! NOTE: You can designate which side (front-end or admin-side) of your Joomla website the variable is valid for. Some variables should always be integers (such as 'id' and 'ticketid' and 'postid'). For those variables, tick the "Force Integer" = YES so that JUGA requires the value to be an integer. This is an added level of security for your JUGA configuration. It will also force JUGA to treat
the same as
Finally, if you set the "Add New" value to Yes, JUGA will automatically add new Site Items for this option based on value variations for this variable. So, for example, with the option "com_content", if you set "Add New" = YES for the variable "id", JUGA will create new Site Items automatically for each unique id#. In many cases, such as with Fireboard's post id # variable, you will want this set to NO so you do not have a unique Site Item for every single post. Other Component VariablesHere is a brief list of some non-standard variables used by other major components. You will want to add these in JUGA>>Variables to get JUGA to restrict these components.
